NIBA is driven by member Board of Trustees comprised of volunteer small-business owners who oversee the organization and our policy stances.
NIBA’s Leadership Council, a broad, advocates, also helps develop and promote NIBA’s policy agenda. Any NIBA member can participate in our Issue Committees, where they can raise issues facing their business and help the committee develop policy stances on those issues.
We have an open application process and encourage anyone interested in joining NIBA discussions or advancing their membership to work with our staff and leadership!
